Fire burns back yard of Turlock home

The Turlock Fire Department responded to a fire at a home on Wyndfair Drive on the east side of town Tuesday afternoon.

A large plume of black smoke brought many onlookers out on the street, which intersects Hawkeye Avenue.

The fire was quickly contained to the backyard, affecting a barbecue, shed, fence and tree.
