Modesto students took to the stage at the Gallo Center for the Arts on Friday to show off what they have learned over the course of a Weill Music Institute program for grades three through five. The Link Up program pairs orchestras with students to explore music in a hands-on curriculum – culminating in a performance to let their creative sides shine. The youngsters performed alongside the Modesto Symphony Orchestra and Modesto Symphony Youth Orchestra for the program.
