The Stanislaus County Fair allows residents to enjoy rides, food and entertainment and, Tuesday night only, the opportunity to meet their elected county Board of Education members on Tuesday, July 11, at 6 p.m.

The public is invited to ask questions and bring up concerns to the five board members — Chinyere Nnodim-Jack, Alice Pollard, Kim Rose, Mary Ann Sanders and Kim Spina — and Superintendent of Schools Scott Kuykendall. The officials will be at a booth from 6 until about 8 p.m.

“As elected officials, the County Board of Education feels it is important to meet constituents and the yearly fair offers an opportunity for them to talk with parents and community members,” said public information officer Judy Boring.
