Johansen High School special-education students and friends took a dance step back in time to perform musical numbers “Made in the ’90s.” The occasion was the school’s 11th annual Special Education Talent Show, which was held Wednesday and Thursday. Three special-ed classes – 36 students – performed, often joined by their PALS (Peer Assisted Learning Strategies students). They danced, sang along to and lip-synced to songs including “Achy Breaky Heart,” “Walking on the Sun,” “Baby One More Time” and – an appropriate finale – “Bye Bye Bye.”
