Attorney Mark Geragos speaks at the American Documentary Film Festival in Palm Springs during a question-and-answer session after the screening of “Trial by Fury: The People v. Scott Peterson” on Saturday, April 2, 2016.

An unfinished full-length documentary focusing on the Scott Peterson case played Saturday night at the American Documentary Film Festival in Palm Springs.

Peterson was convicted of killing his wife, Modesto’s Laci Peterson, and their unborn child, Conner, in December 2002. He sits on Death Row at San Quentin.

The documentary – “Trial by Fury: The People v. Scott Peterson” – largely attempts to show that Peterson was wrongly accused and convicted.

On Saturday, Peterson’s trial attorney, Mark Geragos, and appellate attorney, Cliff Gardner, discussed the documentary and case after its debut.

Also on stage to answer questions were Peterson’s sister-in-law, Janey Peterson, producer Hugo Perez and directors Shareen Anderson and Elena Konstantinou.

Below is audio of the entire Q&A and above are a few video clips. Take a listen and look.
