CHARGES: Vehicle theft, threat of crime with intent to terrorize, first-degree burglary


SUSPECT: Donnell Anthony Neal, 18, transient

ARRESTING AGENCY: Modesto Police Department

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, theft or extortion involving a motor vehicle/trailer, probation violation


SUSPECT: Derek Kenneth James Moon, 28, of Modesto

DAY ARRESTED: July 24

CHARGES: Auto theft


SUSPECT: Monique Nicole Short, 27, transient

DAY ARRESTED: July 25

ARRESTING AGENCY: Stanislaus County Auto Theft Task Force

SUSPECT: Alicia Nicole Miranda, 33, of Modesto

DAY ARRESTED: July 26

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, grand theft, vandalism


SUSPECT: Monique Marie Irigoyan, 30, of Waterford
