CHARGES: Vehicle theft, theft or extortion of motor vehicle/trailer, possession of controlled substance, probation violation, receiving known stolen vehicle


SUSPECT: Sebastian Gardner, 30, of Modesto

DAY ARRESTED: May 13, 2016

ARRESTING AGENCY: Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, corporal injury to spouse, possession of controlled substance, battery, inflicting corporal injury on spouse or cohabitant


SUSPECT: Tammy Michelle Enos, 26, of Modesto

DAY ARRESTED: May 14, 2016

ARRESTING AGENCY: Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department (Riverbank)

CHARGES: Auto theft, hit-and-run, attempt to receive property, inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant, battery


SUSPECT: Gabriel Guadelupe Velasquez, 34, of Salida

DAY ARRESTED: May 17, 2016

ARRESTING AGENCY: Modesto Police Department

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, evading police with disregard for safety, attempt to receive property
