Stanislaus County Auto Theft Suspects (Feb. 27, 2016)

Eight people were arrested on suspicion of auto theft in Stanislaus County from Feb. 18-24.


SUSPECT: Gary Lee Harrison, 48, of Modesto

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 22

ARRESTING AGENCY: Stanislaus County Auto Theft Task Force

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, theft or extortion involving motor vehicle/trailer, evading peace officer with disregard for safety, delaying or obstructing officer, hit-and-run with injury


SUSPECT: DeWayne Lee Qualls, 35, of Oakdale

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 22

ARRESTING AGENCY: Stanislaus County Auto Theft Task Force

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, theft or extortion involving motor vehicle/trailer, obstructing officer, possession of marijuana for sale, possession of paraphernalia


SUSPECT: Armando Patino Figueroa, 25, of Los Banos

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 22

ARRESTING AGENCY: California Highway Patrol (Modesto)

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, attempt to receive property, possession of burglary tools


SUSPECT: Jamie Francis Hudson, 28, of Empire

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 22

ARRESTING AGENCY: California Highway Patrol (Modesto)

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, theft or extortion involving motor vehicle/trailer, possession of device/instrument/paraphernalia


SUSPECT: Jose Munoz, 28, of Newman

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 21

ARRESTING AGENCY: Newman Police Department.

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, obstructing officer, prevent/dissuade witness, inflicting great bodily harm


SUSPECT: Anthony Thomas Ciccarelli, 38

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 20

ARRESTING AGENCY: Modesto Police Department

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, probation violation


SUSPECT: Andrea Margarett Macen, 27, of Keyes

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 19

ARRESTING AGENCY: Stanislaus County Auto Theft Task Force

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, attempt to receive stolen property
