Stanislaus County auto theft suspects (Feb. 4-10)

Seven people were arrested on suspicion of auto theft in Stanislaus County from Feb. 4-10.

SUSPECT: Justin David Cowan, 44, of Waterford

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 4

ARRESTING AGENCY: Waterford Police Department

CHARGES: Owning/operating a chop shop, theft or extortion involving motor vehicle/trailer

SUSPECT: Randy Ryan-Levi Limburg, 26, of Modesto

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 4

ARRESTING AGENCY: Modesto Police Department

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, second-degree burglary, unauthorized use of personal ID, probation violation, receiving known stolen vehicle, false or fraudulent representation, personating to make another liable, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, driving on suspended or revoked license

SUSPECT: Hector Zendejas, 18, of Modesto

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 5

ARRESTING AGENCY: Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, evading police officer with disregard for safety, attempt to receive stolen property

SUSPECT: Fabian Moreno, 19, of Ceres

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 6

ARRESTING AGENCY: California Highway Patrol (Modesto)

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, attempt to receive stolen property

SUSPECT: Richard Medeiros, 20, transient

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 6

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, attempt to receive stolen property

SUSPECT: Francisco Thomas Montanez, 27, of Modesto

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 9

ARRESTING AGENCY: Stanislaus County Auto Theft Task Force

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, ex-felon with a firearm, owning/operating chop shop, person prohibited from possessing a firearm, theft or extortion involving motor vehicle/trailer

SUSPECT: Norman Andrew Seal, 36, of Modesto

DAY ARRESTED: Feb. 10

ARRESTING AGENCY: Modesto Police Department

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, attempt to receive stolen property, flash incarceration
