Two people were arrested on suspicion of auto theft in Stanislaus County from Oct. 30-Nov. 4.

SUSPECT: Luis Alberto Rodriguez Guirola, 33, of Salida

DAY ARRESTED: Oct. 30, 2015

ARRESTING AGENCY: Modesto Police Department

CHARGES: Auto theft, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia

SUSPECT: Brice Emmett McDonald, 29, of Modesto

DAY ARRESTED: Nov. 4, 2015

ARRESTING AGENCY: Modesto Police Department

CHARGES: Auto theft, attempted receiving property, false impersonation, probation violation, possession of burglary tools, possession of paraphernalia, making/possessing fictitious bill/note, passing/receiving forged bill/check, driving under influence of alcohol or drugs, unlicensed driver, failure to appear
