Suspect sought in Turlock bank robbery
Police are looking for a man who on Thursday afternoon robbed the U.S. Bank branch at 427 E. Olive Ave.
The robbery was committed at about 4:15 p.m. by a suspect described as a Latino in his late 20s to early 30s in age, about 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10 in height, with an average build. He also was described as having a mustache with a thin goatee and light acne on his face.
He was wearing a white, V-neck T-shirt, a broad-striped hooded, zippered jacket or sweat shirt and jeans.
The Turlock Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the man. Anyone with information is asked to contact Department Detective Steve Rodrigues at (209) 664-7326.
Callers also can leave an anonymous tip by calling Crime Stoppers at (209) 521-4636 and may be eligible for a cash reward.
