DESCRIPTION: 26 years old, 6 feet tall, 210 pounds, black hair, brown eyes

THE CASE: Moore is wanted by the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department on suspicion of murder in the July 1 shooting death of 49-year-old Louis Ramos.

NOTES: Deputies responded to a reported shooting and found Ramos with multiple gunshot wounds in the 1700 block of Donald Street, two blocks south of Robertson Road in west Modesto. Ramos was taken by an ambulance to a local hospital, where he underwent surgery and later died. On Aug. 13, sheriff’s investigators announced they had identified Moore as a suspect in the shooting.
