SUSPECT: Luis Elenes, 30, Modesto

CHARGES: Auto theft, theft or extortion involving a motor vehicle or trailer, rearrest or revocation of probation, receiving stolen property, burglary

SUSPECT: James Palmer, 31, Modesto

DATE ARRESTED: Sunday

ARRESTING AGENCY: Modesto Police Department

CHARGES: Auto theft, corporal injury to spouse

SUSPECT: Esteban Landa, 20, Redwood City

DATE ARRESTED: Monday

ARRESTING AGENCY: MPD

CHARGES: Auto theft, attempted receipt of stolen property, driving with a suspended license, rearrest or revocation of probation
