Drive-by shooting in Patterson sends one to the hospital
A man who was shot three times during a drive-by shooting in Patterson on Friday afternoon is listed in stable condition.
The 23-year-old man was in front of a home in the 600 block of Lorelei Lane when the shooting occurred, said Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Sgt. Hector Longoria.
He said there were other people inside an open garage but no one else was hit.
The shots were fired from a vehicle described as a gray four-door, newer Chevrolet similar to an Impala or a Malibu.
The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
