Seven people were arrested on suspicion of auto theft in Stanislaus County from Oct. 6-12.


SUSPECT: Bianca Mariann Meza, 24, of Ceres

DAY ARRESTED: Oct. 8

ARRESTING AGENCY: California Highway Patrol (Modesto)

CHARGES: Auto theft, driving under the influence


SUSPECT: Michael Anthony Ybarra, 29, of Redding

DAY ARRESTED: Oct. 9

ARRESTING AGENCY: Modesto Police Department

CHARGES: Auto theft, driving with suspended/revoked license, probation violation


SUSPECT: Mary Alejandra Castro, 29, of Modesto

DAY ARRESTED: Oct. 10

ARRESTING AGENCY: California Highway Patrol (Modesto)

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, attempt to receive property


SUSPECT: Gerardo Morales Rodriguez, 29, of Modesto

DAY ARRESTED: Oct. 10

ARRESTING AGENCY: California Highway Patrol (Modesto)

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, attempt to receive property, unlicensed driver


SUSPECT: Michael Anthony Saldivar, 40, of Riverbank

DAY ARRESTED: Oct. 10

ARRESTING AGENCY: Stanislaus County Auto Theft Task Force

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, receiving known stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, possession of burglary tools, vandalism/damage/defacement, battery, false ID

CHARGES: Vehicle theft, attempt to receive property, threat of crime with intent to terrorize, assault with semiautomatic rifle, possession of controlled substance, possession of leaded cane/billy/blackjack/slingshot, possession of personal ID with intent to commit fraud, obstructing officer in performance of duty, first- and second-degree burglary, possession of dirk/concealed dagger, exhibiting deadly weapon (not firearm), battery against co- or noncohabitating spouse, possession of instrument/paraphernalia
