2014 Book of Dreams

Since starting in 1990, A Book of Dreams has raised more than $630,000 through the generosity of Bee readers.

In conjunction with our partner, the Stanislaus Community Foundation, we accepted applications from nonprofit groups looking to participate. A panel of representatives of both agencies reviewed the applications – more than 50 of them.

All were worthy organizations, but we had to narrow it down. Though the choices were not always easy, we ended up with 10 charities worthy of your time and your money.
