YESTERYEARS
75 YEARS AGO: The Escalon Gustafen-Thompson Post of the American Legion and the Ripon post joined together to celebrate and honor Armistice Day. The event drew 750 people with the Ripon and Escalon high school bands, along with the drum and bugle corps of the Sons of the Legion, providing the music.
