The California Highway Patrol advises drivers to expect a delay on northbound Interstate 5 in the Patterson area as it deals with two injury collisions involving big rigs.

The collisions occurred between Fink and Sperry roads.

One crash happened at about 5:45 a.m., and the other at about 6:10 a.m., according the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page online.

The right lane is closed for the investigation of both crashes.
