Twin sister Megan Warwick broke the one-minute mark in the 400 meters with a 59.56 time, besting the previous event record of 1:00.23.
Seventh-grader Cameron Goldman from Salida Middle won the triple jump with a leap of 36 feet, 9 inches, out-stretching by 18.5 inches the record set in 1989 by J. Smith of La Loma Junior High.
