Cloudy skies were in the forecast for Modesto on Friday, Jan. 30, with areas of fog developing across the region, according to the National Weather Service.
The daytime temperature on Friday was expected to top out near 60 degrees, with an overnight low temperature around 45 degrees.
Fog is expected to linger into Saturday, when the high will near 63.
Overnight, the low will again dip to about 45 degrees as a “light southeast wind” moves through the area, the weather service said.
By Sunday, skies will remain mostly cloudy, with a daytime high near 61 and an overnight low around 46.
