Stanislaus County offers new hires up to $10K sign-on bonus. See available jobs

Looking to kick off the new year with a new career? Stanislaus County is hiring.

The county is offering both full-time and part-time positions across a wide range of fields, from accounting and health care to public works.

According to the county website, full-time employees receive competitive pay along with benefits that include medical, dental, vision and life insurance.

Eligible full-time hires may also qualify for the county’s Employee Choice Bonus Plan, which offers either a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 paid over three years or 21 additional days of paid leave for those hired by June 30, 2026.

Accountant III | Permanent, full time

  • Department: Chief Executive Office
  • Salary: $83,158 to $101,067 per year

The accountant manages financial operations, prepares reports for managers and oversees staff.

Responsibilities include reviewing regulations, assisting with budgets and maintaining fiscal records.

Assistant medical director | Permanent, full time

  • Department: Health Services Agency

The assistant medical director helps make sure that doctors and other medical providers deliver care that is both efficient and cost-effective.
