Washington man’s cremains left at Modesto senior complex. Coroner seeks relatives
The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office is trying to get a man’s cremated remains to his family.
The cremains have been identified as those of Jack Lee Klavon, born Oct. 14, 1938. He died Jan. 9, 2010, in Washington state.
The cremains were left at the Marple Manor senior apartment complex on Coffee Road in Modesto.
Anyone with information about family is asked to call Deputy Tom Killian at the Coroner’s Office, 209-567-4480.
“Our goal is to return the cremains to the family at no charge,” Killian said in an email.
