Stanislaus County is hiring in September for multiple positions in various departments, including behavioral health, health services and environmental resources.

The county provides competitive and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans, for regular full-time employees.

As part of its Employee Choice Bonus Plan, the county is offering a sign-on bonus worth up to $10,000 over three years or 21 extra days of paid leave time for eligible employees hired full-time on or before June 30, 2025.

Accountant III | Permanent, full-time

  • Department: Various
  • Salary: $79,955 to $97,198 per year

Several county departments are looking for individuals to fill the position of accountant III.

This position is responsible for performing accounting and auditing tasks, managing systems and preparing reports for the department and program managers.

Business manager | Permanent, full-time

  • Department: Environmental Resources
  • Salary: $87,131 to $130,686 per year

The business manager is responsible for budget preparation, monitoring revenue and creating spreadsheets.

Compliance manager | Permanent, full-time

  • Department: Health Services Agency

The compliance manager will work collaboratively with federal and local agencies.

They will offer solutions, ideas and help on projects throughout the department.

Crisis, access and medication services manager | Permanent, full-time

  • Department: Behavioral Health and Recovery Services
  • Salary: $87,131 to $130,686 per year

The crisis, access and medication services manager is responsible for the overall operation of the division by completing administrative duties and providing clinical oversight.

Deputy director | Permanent, full-time

  • Salary: $98,508 to $147,763 per year

The deputy director manages and leads emergency dispatch operations, such as ensuring systems function efficiently and team members are performing their tasks.

The fiscal manager advises managers on fiscal, budget and financial issues.
