At least one dead in collision between a big rig and sedan east of Keyes
At least one person died in a head-on traffic collision involving a big rig and a sedan near Keyes on Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, officers arrived on scene at the wreck at 6:22 a.m. About 10 minutes later, they confirmed at least one fatality.
The collision took place near the intersection of East Keyes Road and Mountain View Road east of Keyes.
An officer on scene could not be immediately reached.
There was no detail regarding the number of people involved or the cause of the wreck.
