Stanislaus County libraries ring in the new year just a bit early

Who needs to wait until midnight to ring in the new year? Several branches of the Stanislaus County library, including the main one in Modesto, celebrated with parties at noon on Tuesday. Modesto’s celebration included a “Circus of Smiles”.
