Job fair and veterans summit Thursday in Modesto
The 2015 Central Valley Job Fair and Veterans Summit, hosted by Rep. Jeff Denham, R-Turlock, will be held Thursday at the Sportsmen of Stanislaus Club in Modesto.
Participants will be able to submit job applications to employers, have résumés critiqued by experts, participate in breakout sessions and learn how to potentially start a business.
Doors open at noon for veterans and 12:30 p.m. for the general public. The fair will be open until 4 p.m.
