Info: Health Insurance Counseling & Advocacy Program (HICAP) is seeking volunteers to be trained to help people understand their Medicare benefits. Bilingual/Spanish volunteers especially needed. Following the orientation, volunteers will need to attend training on the dates of May 12, 15, 19 and 22, from 9-11 a.m. Volunteers are asked to committ to a minimum of 4 hours per month.
