Classic cars coming to Show & Shine in Modesto on Saturday

Show & Shine at Parkview, a classic car show, will be held Saturday at Parkview Christian Estates in Modesto.

The event, free to spectators, includes awards for car entrants, giveaways all day, food and other vendors, music and other entertainment. Car entry is $20 in advance, $25 on show day.

The show runs 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be a fundraiser breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. at John Greff Sr. Community Hall, 3112 Napier Drive, adjacent to the car show. Breakfast is $6 general; $4 for children 12 and younger.

Proceeds from the show and breakfast benefit low-income senior citizens in the community.
