Info: The Healthy Aging Association, Area Agency on Aging and Howard Training Center present the “Eat Better, Move Better” Program. It is open to seniors 60 and older. The program is a free, short interactive nutrition and physical activity session offered once a week for four weeks. YESTERYEARS
100 YEARS AGO: A milk condensery factory, an investment of $75,000 by a new business enterprise, will call the city of Salida home. The plant was to built by the Dairymen’s Associated Condensed Milk company.
