Concert benefits Habitat for Humanity

First United Methodist Church at 16th and I streets in Modesto held the 23rd annual Ecumenical Choir Concert on Sunday.

The free concert featured area church choirs performing individually and then as a combined choir. A freewill offering was taken during the concert with the entire collection to benefit Habitat for Humanity in Stanislaus County. This year’s concert conductor was Matt Cover.
