‘Dog Whisperer’ comes to Gallo Center

TV personality and “Dog Whisperer” Cesar Millan brought his knowledge of canine companions to a show at the Gallo Center for the Arts on Friday night. The star of the new Nat Geo Wild series “Cesar 911” discussed his training philosophy and also worked on stage with several rescue dogs from Modesto during the show.
