Wendy’s is giving away free chicken nuggets on Friday. Here’s how to get them
Wendy’s knows it can be tough to be cooped up at home due to the coronavirus pandemic, so they’re extending a “GroupNug” all across the U.S..
What’s a GroupNug? A free order of chicken nuggets.
On Friday, you can get a four-piece order of regular or spicy chicken nuggets for free at participating restaurants nationwide, Wendy’s said in a news release.
There’s no purchase necessary, but the offer is only available in the drive-thru while supplies last, the release said. The offer isn’t valid on delivery orders or during breakfast hours.
“Wendy’s restaurant teams across the nation have been living out one of Wendy’s most important values — Do the Right Thing — by helping their communities wherever they can during this unprecedented time,” chief marketing officer Carl Loredo said in the release.
“These actions shine a light on so many individuals both in Wendy’s and across the nation doing good for others. We want to show our appreciation with our GroupNug offer for the entire country.”
