These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• A 3,975-square-foot home on the 1500 block of River Oaks Drive in Modesto sold in September 2022 for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $302.
• On Thunderbird Drive, Modesto, in May 2022, a 3,768-square-foot home was sold for $1,289,000, a price per square foot of $342.
• In June 2022, a 4,940-square-foot home on Countryview Drive in Modesto sold for $1,740,000, a price per square foot of $352.
