• In June 2022, a 3,115-square-foot home on Carolyn Avenue in Modesto sold for $1,800,000, a price per square foot of $578.
• A 1,334-square-foot home on the 900 block of Sycamore Avenue in Modesto sold in October 2022 for $480,000, a price per square foot of $360.
• On Carolyn Avenue, Modesto, in May 2022, a 2,505-square-foot home was sold for $725,000, a price per square foot of $289.
