New interactive map shows average home values for every Modesto-area ZIP code

A new interactive map shows the average home value for every community between Manteca and Merced.

The map, powered by data from national real estate firm Zillow, shows what the average home value is throughout Stanislaus County and the Modesto region. There’s updated values for Turlock, Ripon, Ceres, Livingston, Riverbank and Oakdale.

Some of the more expensive real estate is found in southern San Joaquin County. Tiny Crows Landing has the highest average home value in the region at around $850,000.

California is in the midst of a real estate cool down, as spiking mortgage rates have forced many potential buyers to think twice about entering the market. Stanislaus County, however, has seen home values remain fairly steady, with a slight dip reported in August.
