Dutch Bros looking to open 12th Stanislaus County location. Plans to be by Costco
Major coffee chain Dutch Bros is looking to open in the Crossroads West shopping center. It will be the brand’s 12th location in Stanislaus County location and its second in Riverbank.
An architecture and site plan review application has been submitted to Riverbank, according to Councilmember Luis Uribe. The building is proposed for pad 13, west of Wendy’s.
“Staff are currently reviewing the application materials,” Uribe’s Facebook post says.
On the other side of the shopping center, construction for a Hobby Lobby and a Trader Joe’s has begun.
The Hobby Lobby is going into a unit next to TJ Maxx, and Trader Joe’s will be in the 13,500-square-foot pad next door.
Crossroads West also will have Olive Garden, Skechers, Mancini’s Sleepworld, Jersey Mike’s, Paris Baguette, 88 Bao Bao, Royal Pan Chinese and Waba Grill as tenants.
