Here are Stanislaus County’s five favorite pizza shops. Which is the best?
The nomination period of our six-week-long “best of Stanislaus County” series was a closer race when determining the top five pizza joints than it was for the first installment.
After the three-day period, the Stanislaus County pizza shops that received the most entries are: Gold Dust Pizza with 13 nominations, Luigi’s Pizza with 12, Pizza Plus (7), Nizario’s Pizza & Grill (5) and Mountain Mike’s Pizza (3).
Notably, Chinn’s International was nominated twice. I was interested to see a restaurant that doesn’t focus solely on pizza get support from the community for its pies.
It’s now time to vote for your favorite of the top five in the poll below. Take into consideration the quality of the pizza, the value and variety of options.
