Empty Stanislaus County lot being turned into shopping center, 3 spaces filled
The city of Riverbank announced Thursday morning that an empty grass lot within the city will be home to three businesses, and is awaiting a fourth.
The Riverbank 108 Shopping Center, as CoSol Commercial Real Estate calls it, has secured Tractor Supply Co., Habit Burger & Grill and Grocery Outlet as tenants.
There is one pad still available for a quick-service restaurant with a drive-thru, a retail or an office space, according to CoSol’s website.
The soon-to-be shopping center sits directly next To Dutch Bros, at 2318 Patterson Road between Oakdale and Jackson roads. Other neighboring tenants are Starbucks, Dollar Tree, CVS and Galaxy Theatres Riverbank IMAX.
All three businesses new to Riverbank
Tractor Supply Co. is a retail store that sells pet, livestock and other animal food and products, as well as agricultural products, tools, hardware and work clothes.
Its Stanislaus County locations are in Ceres, Turlock and Oakdale.
Habit Burger & Grill is a chain fast-food restaurant that originated in Santa Barbara in 1969. The name doesn’t hide what the restaurant serves, and there currently is one location in Modesto and one in Ceres.
Grocery Outlet is a discount grocery store owned by local franchisees. There are seven Stanislaus County locations.
