Modesto’s Yosemite Lanes is giving parents a low-cost entertainment option for their children this spring and summer.

It’s the only bowling alley in Stanislaus County that is participating in the Kids Bowl Free program for 2025.

The offer includes two free games per day for children ages 2 through 17. There is $5 charge for shoe rental, or a shoe rental card can be purchased for $25, which will cover one child’s shoe rental for the entire summer.

The program begins May 5 and ends Aug. 7. Available times are between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

To register, visit kidsbowlfree.com and click “Find a Kids Bowl Free center near you.” Select California, then scroll down to Modesto and click Yosemite Lanes. Complete the form and enter the names of up to six children you wish to register (whom you are the parent/guardian of and who live in your household).
