Coroner seeks families of Modesto, Turlock-area men

The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office is seeking family members of a Modesto man and a Turlock-area man.

James Hicks, 63, died at Doctors Medical Center on Monday July 18. James Allan Biehl, 59, died Friday near Turlock. He had only a post office box and no known permanent address.

Family members of the men, or people who know how to contact them, are asked to call Detective Daniel DeCroix at 209-567-4480.
