Info: The meeting of the Us Too Prostate Cancer Support Group Modesto chapter will feature a presentation by Barbara Masterson, a registered dietitian, on the current science on the prostate cancer survivor’s diet. The group welcomes anyone interested in the topics of prostate cancer and nutrition. A question-and-answer period, as well as small-group interaction, will follow the presentation. What: TEAM IN TRAINING INFORMATIONAL MEETING

Info: The Northern San Joaquin Valley chapter of Team in Training is signing up men and women for teams that will participate in major run/walk, bicycle and triathlon events on the West Coast this spring. Local participants train as a group twice a week and receive a daily plan for individual workouts. Mentors provide guidance and support throughout the season.
