Modesto Earth Day celebration: It’s fun being green

People were seeing green on Saturday at Graceada Park, not in envy, but in celebration of Modesto’s annual Earth Day in the Park. This year marked the 27th such fete, which included educational activities, entertainment, food and an art contest to encourage helping environmental causes.
