Family members and friends are seeking a 75-year-old Turlock man whom they say was last seen Dec. 20.

Benjamin “Benny” Dominguez is 75, has dementia and was staying at the Motel 6 on West Main Street, said an in-law, Ray Tanori.

He was last seen at the Carl's Jr. restaurant just north of the motel, Tanori said. A friend of Dominguez’s said he was going to buy some cigarettes but didn't return, Tanori said.

Dominguez stands 5-foot-6, weighs about 95 pounds, has white hair and beard but is bald on top and walks slowly. Friends and family say he also is a heavy smoker – two packs a day.

They ask that anyone who sees Dominguez or knows of his whereabouts call the Turlock Police Department at 209-668-5550.
