100 YEARS AGO: The new Star Theater announced its drama lineup. Playing was “The Counter Intrigue,” a three-act mystery drama published in Ladies World. The program also included movies such as the “Hazards of Helen” series, Charlie Chaplin in “In the Park” and Pathé newsreels.
