SUSPECT: James Garcia, 26, Modesto

ARRESTING AGENCY: Modesto Police Department

CHARGES: Auto theft, rearrest or revocation of probation

SUSPECT: Emanuel Rojas, 21, Riverbank

DATE ARRESTED: Monday

ARRESTING AGENCY: Riverbank Police Department

CHARGES: Auto theft, robbery
