Celebrating Juneteenth with family, food, fun

Families shared food, music and fun Saturday at the Juneteenth Celebration at Mellis Park in Modesto. Estelle Counts cooked hot links and chicken for more than 60 family and friends at the event. The music included Deanna La Tour performing with the Cradle of Sound band.
