Graffiti weekend kicks off with traditional Modesto parade

In the city where the legend began, the weekend celebrating all things “American Graffiti” kicked off Friday night. The parade drew hundreds of spectators on a steamy evening; it will be followed by a car show this weekend at Modesto Municipal Golf Course.
