Stanislaus sheriff’s detectives seek help in finding runaway teen
The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department is asking for assistance in locating 17-year-old Jordan Destiny Clark of Riverbank. Clark ran away from home April 13 and did not call her mother until May 15 to let her know she was in San Jose, according to a news release from the department.
Clark was seen in Sacramento, where she may have relatives, on May 23. On May 25, Clark called her mother to let her know she was staying in Oakland with people she did not identify. The teen did not provide any details on her situation, but did tell her mother she may be pregnant.
Clark suffers from asthma and another medical condition, which requires her to take medication on a daily basis.
She is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on Clark’s whereabouts is asked to call Detective Jesse Tovar at (209) 863-7136 or (209) 869-7162. An anonymous tip can be left by calling Crime Stoppers at (209) 521-4636.
