Third-grade students at Capistrano Elementary School in Modesto have been getting the message about the state’s severe drought. And they are delivering that message to others as part of a talent show planned by the after-school program at the campus at 4 p.m. Wednesday. “We have been discussing how the drought is affecting not only California but all the country as well,” Ana Gonzales of Capistrano said in an email.
