Forget the turkey and all the fixings. For many, Thanksgiving is all about the deals.
Stores and businesses across the Central Valley are gearing up for the annual Black Friday rush. But, as in years past, the holiday shopping season has crept into the holiday itself with some retailers starting on Thanksgiving Day.
A rundown of who is open when this Thanksgiving and Black Friday in the region:
Vintage Faire Mall: All stores open from 6 p.m. to midnight Thursday, reopens Friday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Barnes & Noble Bookseller: Closed Thursday, open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday
Bed Bath & Beyond: Closed Thursday, open 6 a.m. Friday
Best Buy: Open 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Thursday, reopens 8 am. to 10 p.m. Friday
Big Lots: Open 7 a.m. to midnight Thursday, reopens 6 a.m. Friday
Costco: Closed Thursday, open 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday
Dick's Sporting Goods: Open 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Thursday, reopens 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday
GameStop: Open 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, reopens 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday
Kmart: Open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, reopens 6 a.m. Friday
